Graduates and placements
Our graduate programmes run alongside the development of professional pathways over multiple disciplines within the industry. The structured elements of the programme are coupled with a self-paced development of activities which lead you to chartered/accredited status of your chosen profession.

Welcome to DM!
Please see the below guidance from RICS:
Upon starting a placement year the student must:
Choose a sector pathway that aligns with their planned placement experience.
Complete structured training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) during their placement year.
Keep a log of their work.
Seek guidance and support from their employer and a Counsellor (a professional who is MRICS or FRICS).
After graduating they are required to enrol onto the APC Structured Training 24 online.
Provide their Counsellor’s details online who will then be contacted to verify that they agree to act in this capacity.
Provide a completed declaration signed by their Counsellor and employer in order to validate their employment period and the work they undertook.
Ensure their diary can be backdated to the beginning of the placement year by enrolling and submitting a completed declaration (attached) within six months of graduating.
DM will assign you a counsellor when you join.
